Abingdon, Oxfordshire - 2026

30m2 of modena porcelain primed and laid onto a drylene base for maximum care. 2 new garden beds filled with a topsoil/compost blend. 20m2 of medallion turf installed.
JPS Carpentry installed the new 6ft close board fence and sured up the partitioning fence.

Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire - 2025

Approx. 70m2 of Antique Honey Limestone. All paving primed prior to laying for better adhesion and jointed using a buff resin solution. The limestone was laid on a drylene base on top of a well compacted type 1 aggregate sub-base for maximum security. All drainage and services accounted for prior to installation. A red omega brick border surrounds the patio for a great contrast - all in keeping with the beautiful property’s style. A topsoil/compost blend has been graded against the patio to blend in with the existing ground with some seed on top to encourage growth.

Abingdon, Oxfordshire - 2025

50m2 of porcelain paving installed, all slabs primed on the back then installed using a strong mortar mix on a drylene base for maximum bonding and quality. A wide step built using a 6 inch concrete block faced with the porcelain. All jointed using grey grout and the transition to the garden graded using a great top soil/compost blend.
Work carried out on behalf of Cherwell Construction.

Milton, Oxfordshire - 2025

Groundworks construction for a 4m x 3m garden outhouse. Base consists of a concrete foundation, blue engineering brick perimeter and concrete with steel internal sub floor. Drainage accounted for through a soak-away, electric duct installed. Outhouse built by JPS Carpentry. Then returned to do the landscaping. 50m2 of dark grey porcelain installed. All paving led on a 25mm drylene skim compacted into the sub-base. Paving was primed for better adhesion. New sleeper planter constructed, lined with polythene for longevity and filled with a compost/soil blend. Garden border created with charcoal edging set in concrete then 20-40mm decorative white stone finish. Garden blended with topsoil and seeded.

Wantage, Oxfordshire - 2025

48m2 of porcelain paving installed over two tiers. An entrance step created to accommodate the split levels. All drainage accounted for where necessary. The paving has been grouted and washed down for a smooth and tidy finished. The old paving has been recycled and gone to a new home for free which is an added bonus!

Sonning Common, Berkshire - 2025

Driveway extension by adding approximately 8m2 brindle omega block paving then installed a new double close board gate supported by new posts all for added strength and security.

Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire - 2025

38m2 of stone grey Indian sandstone to include a main patio area with a recess cover and planting border, a stepping stone pathway and a new bin store. We recycled the old patio to make a new shed base with an electric cable run to the base made ready. Also provided a top soil/compost blend graded against all the new landscaping.

Wantage, Oxfordshire - 2025

Fantastic driveway using 60m2 of block paving; a charcoal omega paver used for the edging and complimented with a silver haze trio infill. New recess manholes installed for a minimal look. The driveway and house totally compliment each other. We carried out all the landscaping for this property as well as prior groundworks for the extension (foundations/drainage etc) a few years ago, so it's nice to see the externals now complete.

Milton, Oxfordshire - 2025
